be about to和be going to的区别：含义不同、用法不同。be about to的中文含义为“即将做”、“决计要”、“拿定主意要”，表示即将发生的事情，一般不加时间状语；be going to的中文含义为“将”，既可表示说话人的主观打算，也可表示客观现象。
